Why can not I get paid.

Hello Admin. I invested $ 24 bought the premium upgrade. Why can not I make a payment?

Can u tell me which method u choose to bought Premium for $ 24 ??? And just incase if you was mentioning that u have premium upgrade and u added funds $ 24 ... then make sure you are requesting $ 31.20 according to your upgrade Premium rule which allows u to earn 130% payout maximum .... not more than that.

You are trying to withdraw higher amount than allowed for Premium users , The maximum Fixed Limit is $ 11.00 ... U can Only Withdraw $ 11 maximum over all .... and for that u need to Add funds $ 8.47 and then you are eligible to withdraw $ 11.00 from your premium account,and if you already withdrawn it before and reached the limit of $ 11.00 maximum then you are required to upgrade your account for higher upgrades.

In order to request payout all members must invest ( add funds)
Upgrade is not investment

Process
Every payment request must be followed with adding funds in purchase balance.
You must add funds first,
Then you can make payment request in amount of 120% - 200% from your investment which you just did
Percent depends from type of membership you have. ( Standard 120%, Premium 130%, Elite 140%, Ultimate 150%, Bucks 25-160%, Bucks 50-170%, Bucks 100-180%, Bucks 250-190%, Bucks 500-200%)

Add funds and then request payout, that must be done in the same day by server time from 00:00-23:59

If you don't follow the procedure , every payment request will be returned into account balance
