Admin i add fund $4 so i'm expecting to request 4.8 but i only able to request of 1.68. How is that? thanks

Admin when do we need to count to request another payment? Date of request or date of receiving our payment? I'm trying to request again and 1.68 is the amount to request but i add funds $4. THANKS FOR THE SOLVING 2ND REQUEST.
