last time when i hve requested for payout no fees was charged but today i requested for payout and fees has been charged

Yes, Why was there no fee for my last request and
today I had to pay a fee?
Isn't the Add Funds Ruletorture enough??? 
(hassle, struggle, difficulty, complication, hindrance,

If I see one more time word "torture" I will free you from here and ban you for good.If you have in your mind that someone is torturing you here,then leave it.You are free to go,no one is going to force you to stay here.If you think that you are irreplaceable then you are greatly mistaken.
