With the "Add Funds to Withdraw" Rule,
I have a huge amount of purchase balance.

What do I do with all that money? There are
never any referrals available to rent,
so I don't know what else to do.

Can I use it to upgrade?

What is everyone else doing?
Will there ever be referrals available?

Money in purchase balance you use to buy ads to advertise your sites.Promote other things,and there are referrals for rent,you are not here in the right time.
