Is Support Ticket Problem or not funtion?

Hi Admin,

I sent 3 support ticket but no answer.
My problem is i already added fund to Pb but amount not appear at Pb. Already 3 days passed and nothing change. I cannot request payout because this problem.
Please help and clarify this matter. Thanks.

If you already confirm the reciept order and still it is not appearing in ur Account .... then please send me ur username i will talk to admin directly....this process is a manual one.but do not worry u will soon see it in ur account.

5 days after i added fund but my Pb still same today. What happen here?
